Our story began in 2020 as a family-run business, created during the Covid-19 pandemic when we started delivering freshly cooked meals to customers working from home. As restrictions eased, we expanded naturally into office catering, private events, and food production — always keeping quality and flavour at the heart of what we do.

Our Executive Chef, who is also the founder of Gourmandia, brings over 20 years of international culinary experience. His career includes work on cruise lines in Florida, fine dining restaurants in Chicago and London, as well as First and Business Class lounges at Zurich Airport. These diverse influences have shaped his unique cooking style, blending authentic flavours with modern techniques.
