1. Food can be microwaved directly in the food tray or transferred to another container and heated in the oven or in a pan on the stove. Food that you do not eat on the spot, we advise you to refrigerate immediately. It has a shelf life of up to 5 days in the fridge from the moment of receipt if it remains in the sealed packaging. Also, unopened food trays can be frozen for up to 3 months. After defrosting, the food should be eaten within 12 hours. 

2. Packing food in airtight containers and cooling it in a shock freezer prevents the growth of microorganisms and helps to maintain freshness, quality, texture, taste, and appearance. 

 The food is freshly cooked, quickly chilled in the Shock Freezer, packed in sealed food trays to keep the food fresh for a long time.

The food is transported maintaining all hygiene food safety standards, in Insulated Thermo Packaging with ice that keeps the food cold and at a safe temperature for up to 48 hours.

The Packages which are delivered by Post are sent with Swiss Post with the fast service Post Pac Priority and will be delivered the next day between 12:00 and 17:00
